I can't emphasize enough, that the watercolor techniques you will learn on this site are attainable by practically everyone. You don't have to be born with that dreadful word "gift" which is often bandied about! Painting is to a large degree like any other craft or sport, like knitting, crocheting, tennis, typing or carpentry. We all appear ham fisted and a bit inept when we start any new skill. But if you are humble enough to accept this temporary loss of dignity, and are willing to persevere, nothing in the world will stand in your way of becoming a richly talented watercolor artist with your own unmistakable, signature style. They say you know you have "arrived" when your work can be recognized from across the street. Let's begin this fabulous journey into the creative mind of the water colorist.
